新增任意網站公告至 Redmine。
如果選擇顯示在登入畫面，*全域公告* 會顯示在每個專案，甚至登入畫面。
如果子專案已啟用公告，*專案公告* 只會顯示在該專案及其子專案中。
所有公告都可以有四種不同的樣式：「通知」、「警告」、「錯誤」和「空白」。
公告可以使用 Textile 或 Markdown 進行樣式設定。

安裝說明
安裝¶
下載插件並將插件資料夾 redmine_announcements 複製到 Redmine 的插件資料夾
前往 Redmine 根目錄
bundle exec rake redmine:plugins:migrate RAILS_ENV=production NAME=redmine_announcements
重新啟動伺服器
sudo /etc/init.d/apache2 restart
變更記錄
2.0.0 (2020-10-04)
與 Redmine 4.1.x、4.0.x、3.4.x 相容。
